Born April 17, 1957 in Ciachcin (Mahiloŭ region). Graduated from Belarusian Agricultural Academy (1982) as a mechanical engineer.
Served in the army (1975-1977). Worked as a leading engineer at the state farm “Druć” in Bialynichy region (1983-1988), as a director of the agricultural enterprise “Iskra” in Bialynichy region (1988-1991), as a director of Škłoŭ association of housing and communal services (1995-2001). Director of the Belarusian-Ukrainian joint venture “Hydropower – Bełaja Ruś’” in Mahiloŭ (2002-2004).
Active in politics since 1989.
Elected deputy to local councils three times. Vice-chairman of the BPF Party since 2009.
Nominated a candidate for the post of the President of the Republic of Belarus from the BPF Party by the decision of the BPF Party Congress 2010.
In 2017 elected the chairman.
Vice-Chairman of the BPF Party Alaksej Janukevich
Born June 30, 1978 in Minsk. Graduated from Belarusian State Economic University (1997), specializing on international business. Studied on postgraduate course at BSEU (2003-2004).
Member of the BPF Party since 1996, member of the BPF Party Sojm (Council) since 1999, vice-chairman of the BPF Party (2003-2009).
Elected the chairman of the BPF Party in 2009. Headed the election headquarters of the candidate from the BPF Party Ryhor Kastusiou during presidential election 2010.
Reelected the chairman of the BPF Party in 2011, and 2014.
In 2017 due to statute limitations didn’t contest chairman position, supporting Ryhor Kastusiou instead. Elected vice-chairman.
Vice-chairman of the BPF Party Aliaksandr Stralcou
Born December 27, 1970 in Minsk. Graduated from Belarusian State Polytechnic Academy (1993) and postgraduate course at Research Institute for Economics under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus on the section “Regional Economy” (1996-1999).
Member of the BPF Party since 1990. Vice-chairman of the BPF Youth in 1994-1996. Member of the BPF Party Sojm (Council). Deputy Chairman of the International Committee (2003-2007), Chairman of the Committee for Party Education of the BPF Party (2009-2011).
